What are the shipping costs and options?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Love Trick uses Canada Post and UPS Canada courier services to ensure your items are reliably delivered.

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) EST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. 

Tracked Shipping

All shipping options include tracking. You will be sent an email once your package has been shipped containing the tracking number and link needed to track the location of your order as it is sent to you.

Discreet Shipping

All items are in stock for same day shipping. You'll be told when you order when your package will be sent.

We provide discreet shipping in boring brown boxes and envelopes so nobody knows what's inside.

When you check out, you will be able to choose which shipping service you would like. The checkout will explain the options.

Sometimes, depending on your location and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of shipping options. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

If you order products from our site to be shipped to one an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the shipment reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

What if you're out when your order arrives?

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

If your package is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your order is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us.
